The agreement
By booking a treatment, purchasing a gift card, becoming a member, or buying any product from us — online or in person — you agree to the terms in this document. The agreement is between you ("guest") and Serenity Spa & Wellness Inc. ("Serenity", "we", "us").
If you don't agree to any part of these terms, please don't book a service with us. If you've already booked and want to cancel because of a term you discover here, contact us and we'll refund you in full.
Booking & payment
Reservations
An appointment is confirmed once we send a booking reference by email. We hold a card on file to secure your slot but only charge after your appointment. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.
Pricing
Prices listed on our site and at reception are inclusive of any applicable tax. Prices may change with notice; you'll always pay the price quoted at the time of booking. Gratuities are appreciated, never expected, never added automatically.
Conduct in our spaces
We ask all guests to help us keep the spa a place of calm:
- Phones on silent or in lockers — calls in treatment areas are not permitted.
- Voices kept low in shared lounges, especially the relaxation lounge.
- Inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other guests will end the session immediately, with no refund and no exception.
- Children under 12 may visit with a parent for specific family-friendly services only; under-16s may not access the steam room or sauna.
Gift cards
Gift cards never expire and never lose value. They are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced if you have the original receipt or order confirmation — we can void the lost card and issue a new one with the remaining balance.
Membership terms
Memberships are billed monthly, no contract length. Cancel anytime — your membership remains active until the end of the period you've paid for. Unused credits roll over for up to three months. See full membership terms inside your account.
Liability & your health
Our therapists are licensed professionals. They are not, however, medical practitioners. Treatments are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a condition that might be affected by massage, heat, essential oils, or skincare products, please tell us at intake — and please consult your doctor if in doubt.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Intellectual property
All content on serenity-spa.com — text, photography, logos, product names — is owned by Serenity Spa & Wellness Inc. or licensed to us. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial use; please ask before using it commercially.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes are notified by email to active members and posted at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before any formal dispute, we ask that you contact us directly so we can try to resolve the issue — most things can be settled with a phone call. If that fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Casper, WY.
