Refund Policy

If a treatment didn't meet our standards, a product didn't work for you, or you simply changed your mind — here is exactly what we'll do.

The Serenity promise

If you ever leave a treatment feeling it didn't meet our standards, we'd rather know — and we'd rather fix it. Tell us within 7 days of your visit and we'll either re-do the service free of charge, refund what you paid, or both, at your option.

"You don't need a reason. You don't need to prove anything. If the experience wasn't right, we'll make it right."

Service refunds

Beyond the goodwill promise above, the practical mechanics:

  • Before your visit — see our Cancellation Policy for windows and amounts.
  • If you arrive and the room/service isn't ready — service is free and rebooked, no refund needed because no charge.
  • If you stop the session midway because something is wrong — full refund, regardless of how much time has passed.
  • If you complete the session but the service was substandard — full refund or comp re-booking within 7 days of notifying us.

Product returns

We sell wellness products in-spa and online. Two refund windows apply:

Unopened, in original packaging

Return within 60 days for a full refund — by mail or in person. We cover return shipping for orders over $50.

Opened, didn't work for you

Return within 30 days, even if partly used. We refund the full purchase price the first time you return any product. Repeat returns of the same SKU may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Two exceptions

Personal-care items used directly on the skin (gua sha tools, body brushes) cannot be returned once used, for hygiene reasons. Custom-blended products cannot be returned but we'll re-blend them once free if the scent didn't land.

How to request a refund

Reach out

Email refunds@quikdin.com, call us, or message via the booking app. Include your booking reference or order number.

We respond

Within 24 business hours — usually the same day. A manager confirms the refund or asks a quick question.

Refund processed

To the original payment method — card, account credit, or gift card balance — within 3 business days.

Funds arrive

2–5 business days depending on your bank. International cards can take up to 10 days.

Gift cards

Purchased gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if unused, to the original payer. Once any portion has been redeemed, the card cannot be refunded — but its remaining balance never expires.

If you disagree with our decision

You can ask for a second review by writing to our owner at owner@quikdin.com. We aim to resolve any disagreement within 14 days. Beyond that you retain all consumer rights under Wyoming and federal law — nothing in this policy limits them.
